Authorities in Florida are reporting that the brutal killing of 14-year-old Ryan Rogers in Palm Beach, Florida last month was an alleged racially motivated attack.

In addition to the brutal murder of Rogers, suspect Semmie Williams is a repeat violent offender that has a 16-page rap sheet.
